Shipping policy

Part 1 – Estimated Delivery Times

We dispatch all orders from our regional NSW warehouse in Jaspers Brush within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, estimated transit times via our specialized courier partners are as follows:

• New South Wales & ACT: 2–4 business days

• Victoria & Queensland: 3–5 business days

Please note: Remote or regional areas may require an additional 2–3 business days for delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Part 2 – Delivery & Return Shipping

• Return Authorization: You must contact us at help@smartlawns.com.au to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping any heavy machinery back to our service center.

• Shipping Costs: For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Because robotic mowers contain high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, they must be shipped using certified dangerous goods courier services. We strongly recommend using a traceable courier service and purchasing transit insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of un-tracked returns.
